1. Estrogen

• Bioidentical HRT for women including topical regimens and pellet therapy.
• Indicated after menopause for improvement in: Hot flushes, night sweats, mood fluctuation, weight maintenance, cardiovascular, Bone and brain health. 
• Improves quality of hair/skin/nails, vaginal lubrication, incontinence issues
• Pre-menopausal
• Small doses have been shown to improve migraine

2. Testosterone-

• Bioidentical Topical or Pellet Therapy
• Has been shown to help with low energy, decreased sex drive, mood swings, memory loss, sleep health, anxiety, depression, 
• Synergistic with exercise by improving muscle tone and mass thereby increasing basal metabolic rate and helping with weight management, improvement in exercise stamina and endurance
• Mood enhancer, often referred to as the “feel good” hormone
• Female Pellets are inserted every 3-4 mos
• Topical Formulations are daily regimens, as prescribed

3. Oral or Sublingual Micronized Progesterone

• Given in oral or sublingual form at night to help counterbalance homeostasis with Estrogen
• Required if on estrogen AND still have a uterus
• Utilized in pre/peri menopause to restore sleep patterns, aid in abnromal or heavy menstrual bleeding, counterbalance natural estrogen fluctuations
