Estrogen

• Indicated after menopause for improvement in:
• Hot flushes, night sweats, mood fluctuation, weight maintenance, cardiovascular, Bone and brain health. Improves quality of hair/skin/nails, vaginal lubrication, incontinence issues
• Pre-menopausal
• Small doses have been shown to improve migraine

Testosterone

Has been shown to help with low energy, decreased sex drive, mood swings, memory loss, sleep health, anxiety, depression, with exercise can improve muscle tone and mass thereby increasing basal metabolic rate and helping with weight management, improvement in exercise stamina and endurance, mood enhancer, often referred to as the “feel good” hormone

Female Pellets are inserted every 3-4 mos

Micronized Progesterone

· Given in oral or sublingual form at night to help counterbalance homeostasis with Estrogen

· Required if on estrogen AND still have a uterus

· Promotes sleep
